These terms ("Terms and Conditions") are the particular conditions of a legal agreement between you, on the one side, and Playwing LTD (hereinafter mentioned as "Mind+"), on the other side.
1/ Object
“Mind+” is a mobile service which provides cognitive training.
The Mind+ store proposes this service:
- %period% subscription which will be automatically activated when you confirm your subscription on Mind+ Mobile Site (mindplus.store).
2/ Conditions
This service is only available for users in %country%. You must have permission from the carrier to use this service.
3/ Service description
3a. Subscription
This subscription service allows you to train your cognitive skills everyday on your phone from Mind+ catalogue for %price% %currency% (VAT incl.) (+ WAP connection charges). As long as you are subscribed to Mind+, you will be able to play unlimited mental games every day.
To join the subscription service and access the cognitive training, you should click on the subscription button on Mind+ . Once your subscription is confirmed, you will be redirected to our homepage and be able to do your daily training according to Mind+ catalogue and compatible handsets.
Your weekly subscription will be automatically renewed unless you would unsubscribe. You can terminate your subscription whenever you want from your personal menu by clicking on Unsubscribe from Mind+ link. Mind+ reserves the right to end the subscription at any time.

5/ Payments
The total cost of Subscription will be advertised in each page where you can sign up the Mind+ services. Total or partial amounts of the contracted service will be charged each week or day as specified by your mobile operator. However, the maximum price for Subscription will be %price% %currency% (VAT incl.).
For postpaid users, the cost will be added to your mobile phone bill. If you are a prepaid user, you should make sure that you have enough credit on your prepaid card to complete your subscription and/or purchase.
Fees might differ depending on the mobile operator. The exact price will be displayed along with service’s conditions before your subscription or purchase.
Access to Mind+ store via mobile connection 3G or 4G may add additional navigation costs. The amount of these costs will depend on the rates and conditions you have contracted with your mobile phone operator, so Mind+ cannot be considered responsible for such costs.
6/ Service access
Only individuals of legal age and emancipated minors (over 14 years old) can apply and contract the services of Mind+. Unemancipated minors can only use the Mind+ services under authorization from their parents or legal guardians, who will be in any case responsible for the acts of their dependents. Mind+ cannot replace in anyway the parental control of legal tutors, so the owner of the mobile phone line will be deemed responsible for all effects.
You should have all the necessary resources (handset, software, Internet connection) to use the Mind+ services. MInd+ may discontinue its services in order to accomplish repair works, corrections and maintenance. Mind+ might also modify temporarily or permanently specific services or products.
7/ Cookies

8/ User’s liability
Mind+ is not liable for any loss or injuries due to inappropriate use of the service provided by Mind+ beyond its control or resulting from causes not attributable to it. You are required not misuse the Mind+ services and respect the laws of third parties including trademark rights, patents, copyright and other intellectual and industrial properties.
Likewise, you acknowledge and agree that the use of Mind+ services is not allowed for commercial purposes and any other unrelated purposes described in these Terms and Conditions.
9/ Mind+ liability
Mind+ is not responsible for the technical availability or content of Web / Wap / Mobile Internet sites of third parties where you access through a link included on their site. Therefore, Mind+ neither approve nor endorses products, services, content, information, data, files and any kind of material displayed on third-party websites. Also Mind+ does not control and is not responsible for the quality, legality, reliability and usefulness of the content and services on linked external sites unrelated to Mind+ store.
Mind+ is not responsible in case of products or services requested are not delivered or rendered properly when this issue cannot be attributed to Mind+ causes (including, but not limited to, situations like your product cannot be used due to operator connectivity problems or technical issues related to your handset configuration).

10/ Intellectual and industrial property rights
All contents, games, designs and programming codes inside Mind+ store are fully protected by copyright: reproduction, communication, dissemination and distribution of any element is completely forbidden unless you have the necessary authorization.
In addition, all symbols (logos, fonts, icons, etc.) on the Mind+ store are owned by Playwing LTD or third parties and its reproduction or distribution is completely forbidden without express permission. Also it is prohibited to copy, reproduce or use all or part of these Terms and Conditions without consent of Mind+.
Mind+ reserves the right to unilaterally remove, add or modify any content, services or utilities available on the Mind+ store.
11/ Personal data
Pursuant to Data Protection Act 1998, the user has the right to access, rectify and/or oppose any personal data by writing to the data controller Playwing LTD, 2 Cresswell Gardens, F-3 SW5 OBJ London, United Kingdom.
12/ Modifications
Mind+ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including prices and anything else related to Subscription.
